Chancellors Tavern was the first Sunshine Coast tavern and bottle shop project by Reed Property Group. Awarded the QMBA 2005 Housing & Construction Awards for Tourism & Hospitality Facilities, the Chancellor Tavern was constructed using environmentally sensitive principals for power and water usage.
The Tavern is within walking distance for the surrounding, growth corridor community of Sippy Downs and is connected by walkways and bike trails to parklands, nearby gated communities, a major supermarket, shopping and childcare centre.
With its focus on families, the Tavern was designed to reflect the style and atmosphere of the surrounding environment.
