Karmasea ahead of the game in sales and construction

With construction more than half way complete of the unique Karmasea lifestyle development in Alexandra Headland, the momentum has sent a wave of excitement through purchasers eager to bring the tropical karma into their lifestyle.

Adam Foote, partner in marketing agent for Karmasea, Red Property Group, said as of last week, only two apartments remain to be sold out of the 32 available.

“Feedback from purchasers also indicates they are attracted to the Seahomes and Penthouses because they offer a spacious alternative to owning an individual house but without the maintenance and price tag that a house in similar location would attract,” said Mr Foote.

According to the latest AEC Group report on the Sunshine Coast regional economy, property sales were up 10.7% at the end of March Quarter 2007 compared to this time last year. The Sunshine Coast recorded a total of 1,165 house sales with the majority of these occurring in Maroochy Shire (572).

The success of Karamasea is a true reflection of the strong sales activity throughout the first half of 2007 on the Sunshine Coast.
