Chancellor Village Tavern was the first Sunshine Coast tavern and bottle shop project developed by Reed Property Group.  Awarded the QMBA 2005 Housing & Construction Award for Tourism & Hospitality Facilities, the Chancellor Tavern was constructed using environmentally sensitive principles for power and water usage.

The Tavern is located in the middle of the growth corridor community of Chancellor Park and is connected by walkways and bike trails to parklands, nearby gated communities, a major supermarket, shopping and childcare centre.

With its focus on families, the Tavern was designed to reflect the style and atmosphere of the surrounding environment. The architectural features, layout and amenities are a unique blend of modern design, open spaces, new technologies, kids' play areas, outdoor dining, and space for sports enthusiasts.
